Happy New Year! In Japan, there are many traditional things to do during the New Year. First of all, on the first day of the year, there will be 108 bells to ring for the New Year's Eve. Also, you can eat a traditional dish called Osechi. Most other Japanese people visit shrines in the New Year. I have also prayed to the shrine for the corona to subside soon.
